There is a good chance that the location of this new McDonald's is not an unknown place to you. After the once so vibrant Danspaleis near Haaksbergen stood empty for years, McDonald's will open its doors at this unique location at the end of 2024. Working at McDonald's means working for the largest restaurant chain in the world. Yet working at 'your' McDonald's feels much smaller and much closer. We have a training department that is involved with your personal development and its progress on a daily basis.

We attach great value to employee satisfaction and find it important to give all levels of the organization a voice. From the HR department, there is an HR Consultant present in the restaurants who talks to employees about, for example, how they like their work, whether they encounter any problems, or whether they receive sufficient training. In addition, we regularly conduct an (anonymous) survey in which we ask for your opinion on various matters. We also organize an annual sports tournament, crew events and other fun things!
