As Floor Manager, you will lead our enthusiastic team so that they can surprise our guests every day with a perfect Big Mac, golden French fries and great service. Both from the point of view of the Crew and from the point of view of the guests, you look for improvements in the restaurant.
As Floor Manager at McDonald’s, you always keep the overview. Central to your job is of course the McDonald’s restaurant. You know all the ins and outs, know exactly how to schedule your employees, keep the restaurant clean and the administration in order.
We give you all the necessary space to develop yourself. You can grow within your position through training and education.
As a Floor Manager, it is important to coach your Crew in a constructive way, but also to suggest points of improvement. By taking the lead and delegating well, you spot talent and develop further. Together with your team, you set and achieve goals and dare to make decisions.
You like setting a good example and can also look at the restaurant through the eyes of our guests. You can switch quickly, you are stress-resistant, and you keep an overview. You have at least an MBO level 3 of knowledge and competence. Leadership experience in the Hospitality or Retail sector would be nice, but of course we can teach you those skills too. Furthermore, you know how to strike a good balance between operational and financial goals.
