Job description:

From organizing children's parties to handing out the latest smoothies: you want to surprise people!

In this role, you're responsible for guests' first impressions. Together with the team, you'll ensure a clean environment both inside and out.

As a host, you're the face of our youngest employees. They often start their first job with you, which is exciting for them, but incredibly rewarding for us to mentor. The lessons you teach them will stay with them for the rest of their working lives.

Job requirements:

For this position, it's important that you have good social and communication skills. You'll be the face of our company and you'll need to be comfortable approaching people for a chat. You're also a hands-on person who's not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

What's on our menu?

You'll start with a training program where no two days are the same. One moment you'll be helping guests with their questions or providing product information, the next you'll be offering samples of our latest smoothie. You'll ensure that your McDonald's restaurant and its surroundings have a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere.

Besides creating moments of happiness for guests, you'll also create moments of happiness for yourself! By collaborating with your colleagues, the McDonald's Crew, and challenging yourself to create even more spontaneous moments of happiness for our guests.
