Job description:

When you're in charge, you'll be responsible for the restaurant's operations. You'll ensure that you and your team excel in guest satisfaction. You'll work with them to achieve the restaurant's objectives, which are achieved thanks to your guidance and direction.
Job requirements:
- Minimum MBO-3 work or thinking level.
- Management experience in the hospitality or retail sector is a plus.

Your role in a nutshell:
- You will be (assistant) team manager at the largest restaurant chain in the world.
- You will lead and coach a team of 100+ crew members.
- You are responsible on the work floor.
- You are adaptable, maintain an overview, and are confident in making decisions.
- You and your crew will ensure Good Times for our guests.
- This position is available for both full-time and part-time positions.
- You have at least a vocational (MBO) level 3 work and thinking level.
Run the floor like a true Shift Leader!
As a Shift Manager, you're the link between Crew and guests. You'll lead the team, oversee the process, and ensure everything runs smoothly in the restaurant. From a perfect Big Mac to a welcoming smile at the cash register, you make sure everything runs smoothly. You also know better than anyone how to schedule the team effectively, keep the restaurant tidy, and ensure the paperwork is in order.
You see things from both the guest's and the Crew's perspective: what could be done better, smarter, or more fun? You're the one who connects, directs, and motivates. And all with a healthy dose of energy and a clear overview!

You have at least a vocational (MBO) work and thinking level. Management experience in hospitality or retail is a plus, but not required. We're happy to help you further your development.
